Education

For me, psychotherapy is a profession in which it is impossible to stop learning.

The deeper I go into psychology, the more convinced I become that every experience, inner conflict or recurring pattern has its own system of connections, which is important to understand before changing anything.

I am currently pursuing my third higher education degree in psychology.

I continue to deepen my knowledge of the human psyche and psychotherapy.

My first higher education degree was in international economic relations.

My second was in civil engineering.

My engineering education in particular shaped my approach to psychological practice.

I look at the psyche systemically, as an engineer looks at a complex structure.

It is important to me not simply to see the outward expression of a problem, but to understand how a person's inner processes are organised, what maintains familiar reactions, where recurring patterns come from and which connections stand in the way of change.

It is not enough to change one thing if the whole system continues to work as before. It is important to understand how it is structured, see the cause-and-effect relationships and find a way to develop healthier ways of thinking, responding and relating to yourself and others.

At the same time, I do not see a person as a mechanism that needs to be fixed, but as a unique individual with their own history, feelings and inner world. My task is to help you understand yourself better, see familiar mechanisms from within and find a path towards changes that can become the foundation for a new quality of life.
